    • Angel PelargoniumsAngel Pelargoniums have delicate small flowers but masses of them all over the plant. They will happily flower all summer long for you, best grown in pots.
    • Ivy PelargoniumsTrailing varieties of Pelargoniums are suitable for troughs and hanging baskets. They either have single flowers or semi double flowers. The single flowers are smaller than the semi doubles but there are many more of them on a plant. They make up in numbers for what they lack in size. We grow both types here at Cramden with pretty much the same colours available in both flower types.
    • Scented PelargoniumsScented Pelargoniums have fantastic scented leaves bringing another dimension to the pelargonium family. The scents are held on the leaves in sacks of oil, by rubbing the leaves the sacs are ruptured and the oil and scents are released. Some varieties give off their scents easier than others, they just need either to be lightly brushed or sometimes just watering them will release their scents in to the air
    • Unusual PelargoniumsThis group of Pelargoniums are a little but different & showy. Best grown in pots as they tend to like to be kept pot bound to produce continual flowers. Greedy fellows, requiring regular feeding of a high potash liquid fertiliser every week.
    • Zonal PelargoniumsThese are often misnamed as Geraniums but they are actually Pelargoniums. They are our bread and butter at the nursery. We grow over 20,000 a year of these, with 3 stock houses put aside for these alone. They are great plants looking fantastic in borders and pots a like. They will simply flower all summer long and right up until the first frosts if you leave them outside. They are not frost hardy (no Pelargoniums are) so will need winter protection in a frost free environment.
    • Garden essentialsAll your plant needs.
    • Beautiful reds
    • Pretty in PinkHere you can find all our beautiful pink flowering Pelargoniums, whether you are looking for upright, trailing or just something a little different to plant in your pots. We have a good range of pinks from rich magentas to soft pinks to choose from
    • Wonderful WhitesHere you can find all of our white flowering Pelargoniums, some are pure white flowers, some will have just a feathering of wine coloured detail to them and others are bicoloured. White flowers are great mixers in planting schemes, they mix in with all colours and can realy lift a dark area of the garden. There is also a definate trend towards white gardening, where only white flowers are planted in the garden, they look wonderful against the different shades of green foliage.
    • Mixed PacksHere you will find selections of pelargoniums we have put together that we feel will compliment each other and grow well together. All are in packs of 6 jumbo plug plants.

Lavender plants potted.

Cramden Nursery, Lavender, UncategorizedBy cnemilyNovember 27, 2015

We have had a busy week potting up all of our Lavender plants. The Angustifolia (English ) types, will sit quietly and not start to grow until the spring time, while the Steochas (French Varieties) will gently grow through the winter for us and be ready for sale first.
